The grain of the world

Aging is considered a major obstacle to the world's society. The birth rate of people that have reached the age of 75 are declining, it's because old people are expense in life. Causes and effects play a major role in aging in  the following points.

The first and important cause is dramatic decline in fertility. In other words, women are not giving birth to children. For example, countries such as China and Korea, women are allowed to have only two children in each family, which will affect the birthrate. Also, Those old people need support from young men when they retire, that will affect the world population move to urban areas, or no economic rewards. Women will gain the opportunity in reproductive control too.

The second cause is third world population growth, which means that most developing countries are growing old before they get rich. For instance, the United States is a developed country which has many old people, they are facing many challenges, because the payroll taxes will burgeon by 20 to 25% in the next 50 years. And that will cause a ravage to the global stability and to the world population as well.

The third and final cause is that some countries in the world has a birthrate below the replacement level. For example, the ratio of  young men supporting elderly is exceeding, that's because life expectancy has outnumbered, large proportion of people are still in their childbearing years.

In conclusion, global aging is increasing around the world. However, in order to solve this problem, i suggest that governments ought to raise taxes on workers, cut benefits to the elderly and borrow money from another countries.

Vitirans vs Nexters

Scientists from all over the world have been influenced in the studying of human generations, the way they talk and act. In the meantime, there are four generations which are. The Veterans, Baby boomers, Xers and Nexters. Each generation has it is own specialty that varies in a way in our society. The Veterans and Nexters generations have only differences in these following characteristics.

The first critical point is the core values. The Veterans are  discipline. In fact, they are formal in what they do. They say "work is work and play is play, we work to live, not live to work" that means they complete their work without excuses. When it is time to work, they work hard to achieve success. For example, when they receive an assignment that is due in a week, they try their utmost to finish it at the same day, while the Nexters are quit different. They are social confident extreme fun, they also enjoy having conversations all day with each other weather on the phone, or texting. In instance, since i'm a Nexter, I usually go out four times a week with my friends, we spend our time by going to parties, shopping malls, going to the movies, etc.
The reason why both generations are different in core values is because, nothing stays the same, everything changes for the best. Both generations vary due to their unique lifestyles.

The second important point is education. When it comes to learning, the Veterans education was not the norm. It was quite simple, most of them didn't finish their studies that is due to the lack of technology. For example, back then they were no developed schools, they had to work hard without using all these scientific gadgets. However, for the Nexters it is a great expense, in other words they work hard to finish their studies in order to get a good job and secure their career future, they also try to not count on others so much, they like to see there work pays off.
The main reason is that back then the technology was poor and simple, but now it has improved for the best and the attitudes of people toward studying has changed in a positive way. That shows the effects of technology on the education field.

The third and the last point is dealing with money, Veterans are good savers, if something is important they buy it. If it is not, they do not. Also, they only pay cash, they do not use any other paying methods.Because, credit cards were not invented during the Veterans time, so they had to pay by cash all the time. On the other hand, the Nexters differ completely from them, they say "we earn it, we spend it"  that means that they value their money and enjoy earning it. Moreover, they feel that if they earn their money by their hard work and dedication, then they have the right to do whatever they want with it.
And the reason for that is back then the life was extremely difficult, but now everything can be possible by putting your time and effort to it. Veterans and Nexters have a different way to deal with money. Civilizations have adjusted to follow the human race and be on the top of development.

In conclusion, I think that the four generations act differently in society, the main for that is the developing of technology, science and the way people think.

Are Genetically Modified (GM) foods good or bad for people?

Rice is considered the most useful food in the world, it has an enormous amount of protein which helps to build the body up.Researchers from around the world discovered the "GM Crops". This rice can grow without the usage of water. In certain kind countries, companies grow the GM Crops to feed the starving people. There are two groups of people, one who agrees and the other disagrees on the idea of growing GM Crops for the following reasons.

Many researchers are totally against growing the GM Crops.Firstly, European environmentalists believe that GM Crops have a possible bad effect to the body and to the ecosystem .In instance, it contains harmful chemicals that can destroy the human body gradually. Secondly, European farmers fear that GM Crops might-cross pollinate. In other words, once those live organisms released, we can not take them back and that will certainly cause more pollution and damage the environment. Another major reason is that companies produce both the pesticide chemicals and the plants that needed to be resistant to them. Plants that reproduce by spearding their pollen in the wind can possibly fertilize wild plants. making them more difficult to control

On the contrary, other researchers agree on growing GM Crops based on these reasons. Jimmy Carter sees that "GM Crops is a way to fight world starvation". Countries such as, |China, India, and Japan, lack the natural food. Also, Horence Wambugu states another critical benefit "these Crops would provide desperately needed food with less labor and suffering", it has a special genetic form that able rice to be grown without using water and can also be grown in non-fertilized land. Not to mention that GM Crops contain Vitamin A plus Iron which is necessary to the human body. For example, the Philippians lack Vitamin A, so growing GM Crops in this country will save many people's family.

In summary, there are good reasons both for and against the idea of growing GM Crops. In my point of view, i think that GM Crops should be grown in countries, such as China, India, Japan, Philippians. ETC. because the population in those countries are high and there are many starving people who needs food immediately. In the future, there will be less starving in the world, due to the developing of Genetically food sources.
